Everything was REALLY GOOD, including efficient and smart staff. The double room I got was complete with king size bed, a sofa plus a fresh fruit basket.

The food here is fantastic, and the drinks are very refreshing.

Everything was really good, so were great views at the sea. We had the twin/double room which was completely renovated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the breakfast food was more than adequate. It was as expected, had a very good stay for short visit.

Parking situation difficult, as there are only a few parking spaces. The environment (prefabricated buildings) is also not necessarily the most attractive

My stay was real good for short visit. I was offered a room with absolutely superb views at the sea. Climate control and a kettle were provided...

Modern clean room; Good heavy curtains that do not let light through. Good water pressure in the bathroom; Made it possible to leave your luggage at the hotel after the checkout until the evening. Upstairs there is a platform with excellent views of the city and sea; Nearby there is a nice café with kittens (white house).

For rest on the sea is not the best location - to the beach walk 15 minutes;. air conditioning worked very badly, in the corridor was noticeably colder than in the room. They promised to fix it, before leaving they did nothing;. Breakfast is never 'excellent'. usual breakfast buffet... Every night we'd have a double bed in a regular room - two shifted single beds, each with its own mattress. uncomfortable... windows are a little dirty :(;... paper in the room said that the hotel would present us with 1. 5 liters of water. table was 0. 5. Crisis :);. Not very comfortable bathroom and lighting in the bathroom is unsuccessful.

The hotel is well-maintained and great value. The venue is reasonably large and fairly clean. The staff is amicable and excellent.

The value for money. There was no (bad) surprise, it is a Best Western Hotel with the same high standards like all over the world.

Site parking is very small, for few cars, probably not big enough when the hotel is fully booked. Personally I was lucky, just when I arrived another client was leaving the parking and I picked up its pace.

I know both Best Western Hotels in Varna quite well. But this time I was on a business trip and it was important for me to be in the centre. I booked via the website of the Best Western Prima Hotel (i.e. in the city centre) and was not explicitly informed that the hotel is under reconstruction. Only on site I was confronted with it and sent to the Parkhotel. Why does the site even work if the hotel is closed for several months?! I don't like it at all!

Great location with convenient parking right by this place. Plenty of good breakfast choices. 🚗

The location was excellent, just over the road from the Marine gardens with all walks and activities (Dolphinarium, zoo, Planetarium, Museum and much more).It is just a 15min stroll to the walking zone with all the shops and about 5 mins further to the beautiful Cathedral. There are a couple of excellent restaurants almost next door to the hotel and the beach is just across the Marine gardens. Park the car and forget it for your stay.

Bar could have been open later but this was still only March so perhaps it does in the height of the season.

the location is particularly good and excellant, just a short walk away from botanical garden ecopark. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located by frequent buses from the city's bus station.

A perfect spot for family outings and leisurely walks. We also enjoyed watching a game at Ticha Stadium, just 1.2 km away. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes to satisfy everyone's taste buds. a great experience for families looking to explore Varna.

For dads, it would be great to have some outdoor play equipment for children.
